I have no problem with the quality of your products. I've had a Condor backpack for 10 years. However your service is very poor and well below what most retail companies offer these days. I ordered a green and also brown one to evaluate how they looked when they arrived. I found out I had to pay for the return shipping which was almost half of the cost of the backpack. I also had to pack it in the odd shaped box with a lip on it that it came in. I did not like the condescending tone of the info about how to return it and threats to charge me and not accept the return if I didn't follow everything exactly as it was written. There was no access to a human either. You should be doing everything you can to court customers. The service comes across as arrogant. I didn't like being lectured that I had to wait for an email permitting me to return something you should be thanking me for buying. You need to change your corporate mentality. It's retail; think about the customer. It's a bad look for a company that wants to sell upscale items. Think about the tone of your communications with customers you want to return again.

I use this as my everyday laptop go bag, my tool bag, my overnight bag. This thing is awesome! Multiple, well thought out compartments hold everything i need. The MOLLE setup gives great upgrade options and adjustments to needed deployments. A great Go bag.

While attending a Black Belt promotion in So Cal last year, my Condor Urban Go Backpack which I had beaten half to death was stolen from the back seat of my rental car. This bag had been used (plenty) on surf trips, plane trips, hiking trips, multiple Airsoft Mil-Sims events, as well as countless trips to the firing range. We had just finished a 4-hr test and my sweaty Kenpo Gi, groin cup, a notebook, my Rx Oakleys, my travel GPS, a couple of Power Bars and my Black Belt were all in the bag on the floor behind my seat in a nearby parking structure of the restaurant chain we were relaxing at. The bag had seen better days, but it had ALWAYS met whatever challenge i put before it. All I can think of is that when they saw it was a Condor Urban Go pack, they knew it was worth stealing. God I miss that bag.

I have about 20 Condor bags. From backpacks, to duffle bags and add-ons. Many years ago I started with the Condor three day assault. Then I have four duffel bags Etc. However I found that the three-day assault was a bit too big for my bug out bag so I went with this bag and the Colossus duffel bag as my go-to setup.
