Condor may obtain personal information directly from submissions made through our website portal or from direct communication with consumers via electronic mail or telephone conversations.

RIGHT TO REQUEST ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION:

You have the right to request information about Condor’s collection of your personal information and access such information. To submit your request, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-552-2554, or submit a request HERE. For your protection, the identity of all consumers who request their personal information will need to be verified before Condor agrees to release the personal information requested. Upon verification of your consumer identity, Condor will provide you a report within 45 days. The report will include the following:

  • Categories of personal information that the business has collected about you within the preceding twelve months;
  • Specific pieces of personal information that the business possesses about you within the preceding twelve months;
  • Categories of sources from which the business received personal information about you within the preceding twelve months; and
  • Specific business or commercial purpose for collecting the personal information.

RIGHT TO LIMIT USE AND DISCLOSURE OF SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION:

You have the right to request that Condor limits use of your sensitive personal information to - "that use which is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer who requests those goods or services"

  • certain "business purposes" as defined under the CPRA and
  • as authorized by forthcoming regulations.

RIGHT TO CORRECT INACCURATE PERSONAL INFORMATION:

You have the right to request a correction of inaccurate personal information about you. To submit your request, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-552-2554, or submit a request HERE. The Identity of all consumers who request a correction of their personal information will need to be verified before Condor approves the request. Upon verification of your consumer identity, Condor will determine if the information is inaccurate. If Condor determines the information is inaccurate, it will correct the inaccuracy within 45 days.

RIGHT TO REQUEST DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

You have the right to request that Condor delete your personal information. To submit your request, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-552-2554, or submit a request HERE. The identity of all consumers who request a deletion of their personal information will need to be verified before Condor approves the request. Upon verification of your consumer identity, Condor will delete all your personal information from our records within 45 days.

Condor reserves the right to deny any deletion requests if retaining the information is necessary to comply with the law or detect any unlawful activities.

NO SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

In the twelve months preceding the effective date of this Privacy Policy, Condor has not sold any personal information of consumers to any third-party.

PRICE DISCRIMINATION IS PROHIBITED:

Condor will not discriminate against any consumer for the invocation of any of their rights under the CCPA.

NO SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

In the twelve months preceding the effective date of this Privacy Policy, Condor has not shared any personal information of consumers with any third-parties.

PRIVACY POLICY FOR MICROSOFT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES:

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.
