Loading up my bag getting ready for a range day out in the desert of Las Vegas. Using the Condor Orion 3-day Assault pack. This bag works for me because I enjoy range day outside. I can load up all firearm essentials and have day hike equipment loaded up in the detachable bag. Big enough to hold food, water, portable stand, targets, extra ammo, and safety equipment. I made this purchase in black originally because I'm just civilian but have painted due to some wild life run ins while exploring nature. I attached a hardware pouch to the side so I could have quick access to my rifle in case needed. Also keeps it legal with open carry. I love rearranging my bag before going out and trying setups.
Using this to build my emergency backpack. Love the second, smaller pack that I can detach and have my wife carry or use as a day pack now. Great storage and molle options to add accessories and logically store things for easy access. Maybe a touch heavier empty than I would like, but that's not a big deal. The hip belt and back support are really comfortable.
I got this bag to use for my work bag. It was wonderful for use working for two agencies and 96 hour shifts. The smaller built in back pack is awesome for leaving the bulk bag in your room and having all your tech and general admin stuff on the go without the need for a second bag. I have used this bag weekly for 96 hour shifts for 6 years now. Thig bag has also become my go to travel bag. With enough room to pack modestly for a week and still fit in the carry on. On a smaller plane I was asked to check my bag due the the size but the zip out small bag came in clutch as I was able to keep my tech and valuables close while the rest was checked. In the past year or so the laptop compartment started to rip thays the only negative but honestly not a bad deal after having been beat for 6 years.
