How do I clean/wash my plate carrier?
Preparation: - Remove armor plates and set them aside. Never wash plates with the carrier. - Empty all pouches of magazines, tools, or personal items. - Detach removable pouches, cummerbunds, or straps, and wash them separately. - Inspect Velcro, buckles, and straps for debris and clear them before washing. Washing: 1. Pre-Treat Stains – Use a small amount of mild dish soap on stained areas and scrub with a soft brush or toothbrush. 2. Prepare Cleaning Solution – Fill a tub with six inches of lukewarm water mixed with gentle laundry detergent. Do not use hot water, as it may weaken materials or fade colors. 3. Clean the Carrier – Scrub with a sponge or cloth, paying close attention to high-contact areas such as shoulder straps, Velcro panels, and cummerbund attachments. Use a toothbrush for seams and ground-in stains. 4. Rinse – Drain the soapy water and rinse thoroughly with cool, clean water. 5. Remove Moisture – Press a towel into the carrier to absorb water. 6. Air-Dry – Hang in a shaded, ventilated space. Ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling armor plates or storing away.

Been in fights, foot pursuits, completely soaked in rain, ejected in a car crash. If it wasn't for this vest I would have broken my back. This is a very reasonable price for a plate carrier. It is plus size friendly. I'm 6'7 and I weigh almost 300lb and I can easily slip this on or off in a second. I bought a zipper for the kangaroo pouch which you can find on the condor sight. I also recommend buying a quick release for the cummerbund. For like 10 bucks. I run 10x12 kevlar panels in here with a trauma pad, I'm pretty sure it could fit 11x14.
Probably the most comfortable plate carrier I’ve used. I’ve used it for a bit of hiking so far and it feels durable while staying tight to the body when adjusted properly. Looking forward to testing it in a more field oriented situation soon.
Recently started running this plate carrier, and it’s been solid across the board. Comfortable under load during long rucks, no hotspots, and it stays tight during Murph without shifting. Good ventilation, good weight distribution, and durable enough for daily abuse. For the price, it performs way above expectation.
This vest is awesome! Extremely comfortable, has plenty of attachment points, as well and great ventilation for long extended operations. Ive absolutely abused mine for the last few years and it has stood the test of time. Great build quality! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great fall around vest.
