I’m 6’2 and 220 pounds, the s/m fits perfect with lots of Velcro left if I need looser or tighter. Stitch works feels solid. The carrier in general is rather comfortable too, I’m very satisfied with it.
65hrs a week of use has been good it's comfortable at 6ft 280lbs(all fat🤣) the L/XL is an excellent fit the slight gap in between front and back soft armor panels is well protected by soft armor in the cummerbund plenty of realestate throughout the vest kangaroo pocket is ample for general use I would recommend both the retro cummerbund and vas zipper as upgrades when buying the exo 2 with summer uniform shirt not as cooling as the vanquish rs bit better than the armor skin covers I've used and the Balcs cut allows simple plate carrier mobility while improving protection 😀 look like a juggernaut move like a rogue no complaints here almost forgot replace the shoulder pads with shellback tactical pads the vests only flaw is the stock pads seem under the straps on the shoulders and hurts within minutes so 98% good 2% bad BUT easy fix

Awesome vest, fits well for bigger frame guys (6'4" @ 300) velcro is incredibly strong so the vest isn't coming loose unless you want it to.
