I order this for my truck an found it to be the perfect size for a two - three person trauma kit. This is not a mass casualty gear bag. Its big enough to fit your medical equipment which stops immediate trauma. This is the bag you grab when an accident happens and 1st responders are on their way but you need to stop someone from bleeding out. I use the major pocket to hold my hemostatic gauze and powders where the front pocket holds my burn and water resistant bandages. The two side pouches I keep basic medical supplies for common injuries. Overall I think its a great bag for life saving gear for a small group of people or even yourself.

I want to make note too it comes with an adjustable sling with metal clips so its well made in that aspect. The bag also comes with molle loops and a snapable carry handle. It does not come with velcro so if you intend to put moral patches or identifiers on it they unfortunately cannot be put on, but that does not mean you can't take it to someone who can sew that on. I bought the red one so I think everyone knows what that symbolizes.

I have not needed to use it, but I'm sure glad I have it! If you buy it AWESOME if not sokay there are plenty of other bags out there which are bigger/smaller, have velcro or just molle, and are just as well made!

It’s excellent for a first aid kit. My previous bag was getting a little too stuffed with things so I bought this as a replacement, and I must say, it works brilliantly! Thank you Condor for such a good quality items!

This is a decent LITTLE bag, but please pay attention to the dimensions listed! This bag is tiny!
