With standard school backpacks reaching catastrophic failure within 60 days purchase, we the parents commissioned the procurement of this backpack for a 36-month mission to survive middle school and the chaos of "The Boy," a high-energy kid notorious for reckless disregard to situational awareness and zipper abuse. This rugged asset endured camping trips in 8 states, fishing/hunting trips in 3 more, two European tours, countless sleepovers, clay target matches, around town adventures with other kids his age and similar destructive demeanor. All this while doing the backpacks primary object of middle school equipment transporter, it held firm with zero tears, zero zipper breaks, waterproof lining repelling more than it was designed for, and stitching holding strong, keeping The Boy's stuff where it is supposed to be.
We as the parents have declared this mission success and have approved a replacement be purchased for high school, retiring the original backpack to only paintball and air soft duties.
A new report can be expected after graduation of class 2029.

Initially, I bought Convoy Outdoor Pack and found it to be a tad small for all the stuff I carry to work. But this 3 day assault pack is perfect for my needs for work. I work 12 hour shifts so I needed some extra room and this was a good fit and still have room left for more! The straps are very comfortable and I like the fact I can detach the waist strap. Love the many pockets. Overall I think this was very good buy.
Used this for a tuna fishing trip. Was able to store a lot of clothes and gear. Worked great for everything I needed to bring. All the various pockets and storage areas were very useful.
Condor wins again for price and quality, not bad at all for an imported pack.
