Everyday Heroes Program

Our Everyday Hero Program is all about celebrating people who lead with service, grit, and a love of Condor Outdoor products. By joining the Everyday Hero Program, you’ll get exclusive discounts, first hand news of the latest Condor Outdoor products, the chance to test products, and rewards for completing missions.

Applicants must be U.S. residents aged 18 or older to be eligible for all rewards, missions, and benefits.

If you’re located outside the United States, you can still register and join the program; however, rewards, missions, and other benefits are currently limited to U.S. members. We are actively working to expand and will notify you as soon the program becomes available in your region.

The Everyday Hero Program is exclusively available through the web using your Dashboard link and cannot be accessed via the SocialLadder app. If you encounter any issues accessing the program through your browser, please contact us.

Some of the challenges are manually reviewed by our team. Points will be awarded once the challenge has been reviewed. If you have a challenge submission that is still pending a week after submitting, please contact our team. 

The system manages rewards, and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that rewards can expire or become unavailable when the allocated amount has been redeemed by other Everyday Heroes. We recommend checking the rewards section regularly to catch new rewards as they become available.

Once users reach the required rank, they will now be eligible for product testing challenges. Product testing challenges will come out periodically, and will be on a first come first serve basis (may be subject to change). Product testers will receive the item and will be given a few tasks for feedback on the product.
