OUR HISTORY
INCORPORATED IN 1984
Since the 1980s, Condor Outdoor Products has built its reputation by delivering durable, dependable gear at accessible prices. Founder Spencer Tien believed in forging lasting relationships within the Army-Navy community, and those connections continue to guide our values today. As word spread, military leaders, law enforcement officers, and first responders came to us for gear they could rely on in demanding environments. We listened, adapted quickly, and responded with mission-ready solutions tailored to their evolving needs.
BUILT FOR EVERYDAY HEROES™
Following the tragic events of 9/11, the need for purpose-built tactical gear surged. Condor was among the first to step into the tactical gear space, ready to meet the demands of a rapidly changing landscape. In 2002, the launch of our first flagship product, the 3-Day Assault Pack, struck a chord with users and marked the beginning of our expanding lineup. From that point on, our product engineers developed a full range of mission-ready gear including packs, vests, pouches, and tactical apparel designed for military, law enforcement, first responders, and security professionals. Condor quickly earned recognition for offering a wide selection of dependable, affordable equipment.
SUPPORTING OUR PARTNERS
Condor remains deeply committed to giving back. Guided by the values of Chairman and CEO Spencer Tien, Condor Outdoor Products has always embraced its role in supporting the community. In 2020, as the nation faced the hardships of a global pandemic and economic uncertainty, the company donated over one million masks to hospitals and law enforcement agencies across the United States. Supporting those on the front lines has always been a meaningful part of our mission and purpose.

In 2016, Condor introduced the Condor Elite product line to meet the growing demands of law enforcement and security professionals operating in fast-paced urban environments. This line was developed in collaboration with Covered Six Security Academy, one of the nation’s leading security training institutions. Built with premium materials and purpose-driven features, Condor Elite was designed to deliver the next level of performance, style, and durability. Its success reinforced Condor’s commitment to field-testing all products with real-world professionals to ensure precision, reliability, and long-term functionality.
