It fits well, and it has a large plate bag.
I got one a couple years ago, great quality for the price I got it at. But I got I think a large, and just way too big. I have it adjusted as tight as it go, being a small skinny frame, which is working alright. Shoulder straps could be a little bit better. Plenty off molle to hold more than enough gear and pouches. Super thick, and in the desert not super ideal. Overall, great product would recommend, and would buy again for sure (but in a smaller size haha).

I got this plate carrier and I am impressed worth the money. I have shooters cut steel plates from Predator Armor and they fit perfectly. The steel plates are 7.5lbs each and the way the carrier holds the plates the weight is evenly distributed and it doesn't feel like I'm carting around 15 extra lbs. The PALS makes it easy to attach Molle pouches. It's got a nice velcro strip for patches in the front and back. The emergency carrying handle makes it easy to lug around when not wearing. The quick release buckles on the shoulders make it easy to adjust the carrier on your chest. The cummerbund is easy to to adjust closer to your body with the velcro and ties. The cummerbund also has pouches for side plates, which I recommend putting in. The one thing I was really impressed with was the velcro that holds the plates in. This is some of the strongest velcro I have worked with be prepared to pull hard to separate it but once you get your plates in they won't fall out. This vest is very well made with quality materials. I am still going to add a front drop pouch, utility pouches and radio holders. I have added an IFAK which is not pictured. I highly recommend this carrier and give it 5 out of 5 stars.

CARE GUIDE
Itās no secret that your plate carriers and chest rigs are bound to get dirty at some point. In order to keep them in good shape, itās important to know the proper care techniques for your gear. Learning how to wash chest rigs and plate carriers is important for any first responder or outdoorsman. Itās possible to thoroughly clean up your gear without damaging any of the material or fasteners that it features.
PREP BEFORE WASHING
Chest rigs and plate carriers are designed with a variety of pockets and pouches. Whether these hold firearms, magazines, or armor plates, itās important to remove everything from your pockets before washing this type of gear. In addition, any removable pouches should be detached and washed separately for the best results. If your vest features a cummerbund, detachable straps, or any other small accessories, wash those separately as well. Though this is an extra step, it will help to maintain to prevent these elements of the gear from being ripped or loosened.
HOW TO WASH A CHEST RIG
Once all the accessories have been removed and pockets emptied, itās time to wash your chest rig or plate carrier by following these steps:
- Apply a small amount of dish soap to any stained areas and scrub with a soft brush or toothbrush.
- Fill your tub with about six inches of lukewarm water. (Hot water could damage the fabricās colors.) Add a small amount of gentle laundry detergent.
- Scrub the bag with a soft brush or cloth, focusing particularly on especially dirty areas or spot stains. A toothbrush is good for ground-in stains and hard-to-reach crevices. Avoid using a brush on mesh fabric; a sponge or cloth will work better on these areas.
- Drain the dirty water and rinse thoroughly with clean cool water.
- Use thick towel to absorb excess water.
- Allow it to air-dry in a shaded area with good air flow that will help any lingering odors drift away. Make sure itās completely dry before itās used or stored away.
