Technology
I'm 5'10" and weigh 180lbs, Chest measuring at . I got a small and it fits with some slack in the cummerbund.
I got this to specifically be used as a slick range vest. I shoot at my department range that requires you wear body armor. I got some soft armor for it that fits great. 5x8 in the cummerbund, 10x12 in the plate bags; fit great.
I would say don't get this carrier if you want to run a placard and dangler/groin armor setup. It could work with some jury rigging but there are better options out there.
Cons:
-Placard mounting would be difficult due to not having vertical molle on the upper section of the carrier. (I'm sure there are work arounds.)
- The rear plate-bag cummerbund flap isn't as tight to the carrier as I'd want it to be. A fix Condor could do would be to add hook & loop to it.
-The quick disconnect clips on the plate bag are sewn in. I'd prefer adjustable.
Pros:
-The vest comes with inner ventilation pads that work nicely.
-The construction is great. Thick stitching and good cordura.
-The carrier is as comfortable any carrier could get. The shoulder pads are nice and designed well.
I've been in Law Enforcement for a bit now. Condor gear (IE: Pouches, Belts, etc.) has always been great quality and very durable. In the photo I attached, I got that belt a while ago and used it one the job for years, and still use it today. Don't fall for the hype and monetary pitfalls that "gucci" gear brings.

Carrier is excellent for the cost. Comparable to other carriers in the $250-$350 range with more features. Only cons are if you're running LV 4 plates or a full kit, the shoulder pads are a bit narrow for the load weight, easily fixed with other shoulder pads. The molle panel on the back does flare out a bit, also fixable. The insert chest/back pads are a bit thick, but are removable. You can easily customize for preferences. Overall, great carrier for someone on a budget. Unless you're fairly slim or small in size, just get the L/XL
