How do I clean/wash my plate carrier?
Preparation: - Remove armor plates and set them aside. Never wash plates with the carrier. - Empty all pouches of magazines, tools, or personal items. - Detach removable pouches, cummerbunds, or straps, and wash them separately. - Inspect Velcro, buckles, and straps for debris and clear them before washing. Washing: 1. Pre-Treat Stains – Use a small amount of mild dish soap on stained areas and scrub with a soft brush or toothbrush. 2. Prepare Cleaning Solution – Fill a tub with six inches of lukewarm water mixed with gentle laundry detergent. Do not use hot water, as it may weaken materials or fade colors. 3. Clean the Carrier – Scrub with a sponge or cloth, paying close attention to high-contact areas such as shoulder straps, Velcro panels, and cummerbund attachments. Use a toothbrush for seams and ground-in stains. 4. Rinse – Drain the soapy water and rinse thoroughly with cool, clean water. 5. Remove Moisture – Press a towel into the carrier to absorb water. 6. Air-Dry – Hang in a shaded, ventilated space. Ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling armor plates or storing away.

I have two MOPC gen 2 plate carriers. I’m 6.2 and 220lbs and this carrier fits perfect for my weight and size once properly adjusted while fully plated up or not.
My first carrier, I have had going on four years now, and my second carrier is still relatively new and has seen the range/training day twice so far. I have put my first carrier through all the seasons, and where I live that ranges from dirt hot and dry, to cold wet and frozen. With mud and rain in between. It can accommodate just about any plate you could need, from soft armor to hard armor. I use 11x14 and they fit perfectly.
All the accessories on my carriers (except the shoulder pads which are Shellback tactical) are Condor accessories And perform exceptionally. I use one for work, and the other one is for range training days/ emergency situations in any form.
Don’t let the stereotypes and nonsense fool you about Condor, they have been in the game for a long time and make quality product that will stand up to any test thrown its way. And you can always take it to a local Tailor or threadSmith, and have them reinforce the stitches and the lining, which will increase the durability and lifetime of the carrier tenfold.
I've had my plate carrier for 2 months now and so far it has held up perfectly!
I am a Correctional Officer for my local Sheriff Office and use this PC daily. All of the molly holds up my gear, and I use a lot of gear on it, without tearing or sagging. I have level 3a plate inserts, which are 4lbs. each, and 3a soft side inserts.. There is NO sagging what-so-ever, even with my full load of gear hanging on it. The inside material, with the padding feels a little flimsy, but with regular maintenance it still holds up nicely without feeling like it's going to give out anytime soon. In fact all of the stitching, clasps and clamps feel like they will keep going strong with regular maintenance.
All in all, this PC is a great buy for the price. If this PC is less than $100 then it honestly makes me wonder if their more expensive ones are better? Maybe in the future.
I primarily use this plate carrier while I workout. I have two steel rifle rated armor plates in it that weight about 20 pounds total. Using the MOLLE system I have added pouches to increase the weight. I simply fill the pouches with ziplock bags filled with sand and now I can ruck with about 30 pounds of weight!
