Answer to the side armor complaint. Review by Dakota Morgan (Florence, Alabama) 5/27/2016 12:57 PM
This isn't an actual review, although I do have the carrier. Just trying to provide some help to another reviewer that said side armor was hard to find, as well as future reviewers with the same problem. There is a site called AR500 Armor that sells level 3, 3+, and 3-A side pocket armor in sizes six by eight and six by six. They also sell level 3, level 3-A, level 3+, and level 4 steel and Ceramic plates. All steel plates from the site have an anti-spall coating, and they sell some sets of armor with plate carriers from this site. Look them up, they do good business, and sell many of the plate carriers you see here, along with plates. (Posted on 7/5/2019)

great value carrier Review by Brent (Ohio) 2/10/2015 7:24 AM
I have an mopc as well as the Cyclone in tan, I have only worn it a few times to adjust it but it is comfortable and much lighter than the mopc. I am going to put steel plates with backers in it and go do some riffle courses. As far as quality it is very good, as good or better than some issue stuff I have seen in the Navy and for that part the MOPC is too, quality webbing, lightweight 500d nylon, 2/3 the price of the Banshee or aspis and made in America, now I need one in Multicam. Don't let the price fool you, people say condor is airsoft gear, but it is every bit as good as mil spec and sometimes better. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
light weight carrier Review by spoot (georgia) 11/20/2014 3:33 PM
I have a couple mopc vest and they are pretty good for the price, the cyclone cuts down on the bulky fabric and really is good quality in sewing and material also made in the us. So far my only complaint is the shoulder buckles up front, I kinda wish they were in the back out of the way of your gun stock like the mopc. And they are really noisy when you move or run. Not something you want. Its hard to find side armour, had to use soft inserts 5x8 (Posted on 7/5/2019)
