Technology
Works great for travel and duty use. Excellent quality and looks great.
I've been using this bag daily for the past 8 months as both a low voltage electrician and an IT technician. It's held up well and still looks almost brand new. The only downside is that the Velcro in the laptop pouch is starting to wear out, and it appears there's no warranty or coverage for that. That said, the bag gets a ton of compliments from both people in the industry and outside of it.
Good solid construction, am able to safely carry my laptop and files without them getting banged up. Plenty of storage area.
This carrier has been through years if testing and looks great. It isn't bashed and thrashed like the other gear we are using because it is holding the computer. With that bit of common sense out of the way let me talk about the build quality. No loose threads, great pocket placement, and great levels of securing things. Zippers, velcro, and elastic are all found on this bag and are quite well thought out. I like the extra soft loop side to attach patches, mine has our PD patch on it. I like the ease at which I can access files in a separate pocket and that has made this idea for the administrative work I do daily. This bag is padded enough that I still can lightly toss it in my squad when things pop up and I need to move fast. This bag has protected the computer as it slides from the seat to the floor multiple times a week. Hard breaking the vehicle send loose items in my squad flying! I like the grey, it matches our uniform tops.
