Terms and Conditions for Product Testing Application
By applying to participate in the Condor Outdoor Product Testing Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Condor Outdoor reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Application Process:
- Submission of the application does not guarantee selection for product testing.
- Selection will be based on the responses provided and other criteria determined by Condor Outdoor.
3. Product Testing:
- Selected participants will receive designated Condor Outdoor products for testing purposes.
- Products provided are for personal use only and may not be resold, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose.
- Participants are expected to test the product in real-world scenarios and provide honest feedback through surveys, reviews, or other forms of evaluation as requested.
4. Intellectual Property:
- Any feedback, photos, videos, or written content submitted as part of the testing process becomes the property of Condor Outdoor and may be used for marketing, promotional, or research purposes.
5. Confidentiality:
- Participants may not disclose information about unreleased products or testing processes to any third party without prior written consent from Condor Outdoor.
6. Liability:
- Condor Outdoor is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the use of testing products.
- Participants assume all risks associated with testing the products.
7. Return or Retention of Products:
- Condor Outdoor reserves the right to request the return of testing products at any time.
- Unless otherwise stated, products provided for testing are the property of Condor Outdoor.
8. Termination of Participation:
- Condor Outdoor reserves the right to terminate any participant's involvement in the testing program for failure to comply with these terms or for any reason deemed necessary by Condor Outdoor.
9. Modifications:
- Condor Outdoor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. Agreement:
- By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
