Brigade Boots Pre-Order Agreement

By placing a pre-order with Condor Elite, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pre-Order Payment

You acknowledge that your payment for this pre-order is made in advance and will be charged immediately. This secures your place in line for the product and prioritizes your shipping.

2. Order Limitations 

You acknowledge that any items ordered with the Brigade Boots preorder will be withheld for shipping until all items are available for shipment together.

3. Estimated Delivery Date

The estimated delivery date for drop 1 of the Brigade Boots including SKUs 235010-002, 235011-002, and 235012-498 is March 2026. The estimated delivery date for drop 2 of the Brigade Boots including SKUs 235009-002, 235010-498, and 235011-498 498 is April 2026. This is an estimate only and is subject to change. We will notify you of any significant delays via the email provided at checkout

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or request a refund for your pre-order under the same terms and conditions as our regular orders. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for detailed information on the process and any applicable conditions.

5. Updates and Communication

You agree to receive updates regarding the status of your pre-order. This includes information on any delays, changes, or additional instructions.

6. Product Description and Changes

The product description at the time of the pre-order is based on current information and our final product sample design. There may be minor changes to the final product, but it will largely conform to the advertised specifications.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping costs and methods for the pre-ordered product will be as per the usual shipping policy of Condor Elite. The delivery time frame will commence once the product is ready for dispatch. A notification email will be sent to you when your pre-order is fulfilled.

8. Liability

Condor Elite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the delay or non-availability of the pre-ordered product.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place a pre-order.
