Step #1

Insert the pull cord into the shoulder strap sleeve on the opposite side of the hand you want to pull with. Thread it all the way to the end of the strap.

Step #2

Insert the shoulder strap into the back panel sleeve.

Step #3

Insert the remaining shoulder strap into the back panel.

Step #4

Open the back panel and pull the shoulder straps through.

Step #5 

Feed the bottom connector loop through the cummerbund grommet of your choosing. The grommet used will help determine the fit.

Step #6

Feed the bottom connector loop through the remaining cummerbund grommet.

Step #7

Feed the bottom and top connector loops through the grommets on the shoulder strap that does not have the pull cord.

Step #8

Feed the top and bottom loop connectors through the grommets on the strap with the pull cord.Feed the pull cord through the connector loops to secure the straps in place.

Step #9

Take the remaining pull cord and tuck it into the MOLLE pocket to securely hold the strap in place.

Step #10

Close and secure the back panel.

Step #11

Flip the vest over to the front panel.

Step #12

Open the front panel by releasing the bottom hook and loop tabs.

Step #13 

Fold over the cummerbund strap and attach it to the loop panel.How far it is folded over will affect the fit of the vest.

Step #14

Fold over the remaining cummerbund in the same fashion as Step 13.

Step #15

Close the front panel flap and secure the hook and loop tabs.

Step #16

Prop up the vest for easier access to the shoulder straps for attaching the shoulder pads.

Step #17

Open the shoulder pads. With the wire guides facing out and MOLLE facing up, place the shoulder pad over the shoulder strap.

Step #18

Fold the shoulder pad under the shoulder strap and secure it.Repeat Step 17 with the opposite shoulder strap and pad.
