How can I contact Condor?

For the fasted response, send us a message through our Contact Us page. If urgent, you can call us at 800-552-2554 but limited staffing may result in long wait times.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

What types of payment can I use on Condor orders?

We accepts the following payment options:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • Shop Pay
  • Shop Pay Instalments
  • PayPal
  • GPay
  • Facebook Pay

Checks and Money Orders are accepted. To use one of these payment options, please contact our Customer Service team at 800-552-2554.

Can I split my payment between multiple credit cards?

You can only use one payment option per order.

What forms of payment do you NOT accept?

We do not accept:

  • Traveler’s Checks
  • CODs
  • Visa Gift Cards, MasterCard Gift Cards or American Express Gift Cards
  • Layaway plans
    Note: We do accept Shop Pay Installments which offers installment payments upon approval.

Can I call to place my order?

Yes, we take phone orders as we want everyone to have a easy and prefered shopping experience. Simply call 800-552-2554 to place your order.  

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please message us through our contact us form for the fastest response. You can  also cancel through our Customer Service at 800-552-2554 before you receive your shipping confirmation. The sooner, the better. Customer Service can also assist you with exchanges.

If I am a first responder or agency, how do I place a group order or request a wear test for my organization?

If you wish to place a group order or request a wear test for first responders or an agency, please complete the Government Contract form.

How do I place a wholesale order?

In order to place a wholesale order, you must be an approved Condor Outdoor dealer.

Existing dealers can place orders online at https://dealers.condoroutdoor.com/ or contact Customer Service at 800-552-2554.

If you would like to become a Condor Dealer, please complete Dealer Application Form.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Where do you ship to?

  • Currently, orders can be shipped within the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.
  • Expedited shipping is available only in the Continental US.
  • Not all shipping options are available for American territories and APO/FPO boxes.
  • Orders to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped USPS priority.

International Shipping

If your shipping address is outside of the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination country. Please note that we have no control over these charges, as they vary from country to country and we cannot predict their amount.

The prices of the products will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order, exclusive of delivery charges and VAT (Value Added Tax).

Any inquires related to the rate of VAT or delivery charges will need to be directed to the appropriate Custom agency of the destination country.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders placed during business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST will normally take 1 - 2 business days to process. We process orders as soon as possible, but delays may occur during the peak shopping season or during a promotion.  

Orders or inquiries made during non-business hours or during observed holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email when your order ships with shipping tracking.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping cost will be calculated on the Shipping page in the check out process. The cost varies depending on your location and the shipping method your select. Ground shipping is currently free on orders of $99 and over shipped within the Lower 48 and DC (contiguous United States). Exclusions to Free Shipping may apply.

What should I do if I didn't receive my order?

If you haven't received your order, we recommend that you check your order status first under My Account. Please note that you will need to be logged in to check the status of your order.

Please contact us with your name, contact number, order # and any additional information you think can help us to track your order. Please make sure you select "Order Status" at the dropdown menu.  

To ensure that our emails are delivered promptly to your inbox, please add “support@condoroutdoor.com” to your contacts or safe senders list. You will receive the following emails after your order is placed:

  • Order confirmation - This email confirms that we have received your order and provides you with an order number, shipping and billing information, and an order summary. Please keep this email for your records.
  • Shipment confirmation - This email confirms that your order has shipped. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected during Checkout, as well as your shipping location.

Can I pick up my order at your location?

Our warehouse is open only to first responders. If you are a first responder and need to pick up your order at our warehouse, please contact Customer Service at at 800-552-2554 to place your order and make arrangements.

How do I Check my order status?

  • Check your email. The email address you provided during Checkout allows us to provide information about the status of your order via the shipping confirmation email.
  • You can also sign in to your account to view order history, tracking information, and information about past orders at CondorOutdoor.com 24 hours a day. You can check your order status first under My Account. Please note that you will need to be logged in to check the status of your order.
  • Contact us if you still have questions about your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the day purchases made on Condoroutdoor.com with a proof of purchase.
  • For the fastest response, use our Contact Us to start a return. You will receive a return authorization number and additional instructions.
  • Some exclusions may apply. All clearance items are final sales. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
  • For all Condor Outdoor products purchased at other dealers or retailers, please contact their customer service departments directly about their return policies.

How do I return my item(s)?

Please follow the steps below to make a return:

  1. To initiate a return, please complete our Return Authorization Form, and specify the reason for the return. Our customer service will create a return ticket upon receiving your complete information.
  2. Once a return ticket has been created, you will receive an authorization number, which is for matching your return to our records. Returns made with no authorization number will not be handled.
  3. Repack the merchandise and ship the product to us via your preferred carrier.
  4. Once received, we will start processing your case and issue a refund.
  5. Some exclusions may apply. All clearance items are final sales. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Can I make exchanges?

Exchanges may be made up to 30 days from the receipt of your order. To make an exchange online, simply return your item(s) and complete a new purchase. If you require additional assistance with your exchange, call us at 800-552-2554.

Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully. Our Returns team inspects all returns and will determine if there is any misuse.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days of the product being received. The refund will post to your account within 3 days of the refund being issued, depending on your bank or credit card company,

PRODUCT & WARRANTY

What do I do if the product I want is sold out?

Condor Elite only has in-stock items available for purchase online. If an item is out of stock, it will be temporarily unavailable for purchase online. We offer a back-in-stock email notification that you can sign up for on the product page of out of stock items. Please contact your nearest retailer to inquire about in-store availability.

Is my Condor Outdoor product under warranty?

Condor Outdoor is committed to providing the highest quality products that are free of defects in materials or workmanship.

Should your Condor Outdoor product purchased from the website becomes damaged, we may offer a replacement. Please note that if your product was purchased through a third party, please contact their customer service departement directly, and do not send the item directly to Condor.

Terms of Warranty
Apparel is covered under warranty for up to 90 days. Gear is covered under warranty for up to one year.

What isn't covered?
The following is not covered by Condor's warranty.

  • Products purchased other than from Condor or from an authorized Condor dealer.
  • Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.
  • Damage resulting from extended wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from a customer modification.
  • Damage resulting from tampering.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance.

1. To determine if your product is eligible, please take photographs with the following criteria:

  • Please take a clear close up picture of the Condor tag located on the product.
  • Please take full Front, Side, and Back photographs of your product.
  • Please take a close up shot fully showing the damaged area or part.
  • Please keep in mind that image clarity is key.
  • Make sure your pictures are:
    • Well lit – Take the pictures in a place that gets the best even lighting for maximum detail.
    • Are clear and crisp – Make sure photos are not blurry or distorted.
    • In color – make sure the pictures are color images.
    • .jpg format

2. In the form, please make sure to select "Warranty Claim" so that we may expedite your claim.

  • If your product is eligible and covered under the basic warranty, We will replace it at our expense. Our customer service team will issue you a Return Authorization number. Please be aware that you will need to include the Return Authorization number with the return.
  • If Condor's Return Center makes the determination that your product is not covered under basic warranty due to the above mentioned reasons, Condor will provide the reason.

    Condor® reserves the right to evaluate and make the final judgment on all claims. The warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
