Good vest Review by Charles B. (Colorado) 10/1/2012 8:32 AM
I have been using my Modular Vest for about a year and a half. The only problem I have had is the plastic tube sewn into the shoulder for the stock welt worn through the rubber material and I had to remove it. Other team mates left it in and it worn the length of the shoulder. I would be mindful of this if you plan on using it for combat or tactical deployment. That being said I would still purchase another one if the one I have ever wears out. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Contractor Review by Dustin (Texas) 4/30/2009 1:30 PM
Purchased this vest on arriving home from the sandbox as I wanted something lighter than the Modular Armor Carrier for my training days on the weekend. Accepts all pouches I have attached and rides quite well. Very fitting for my build, 5'-8" 145 lbs, and wears very comfortably. It now resides as my go to vest on my side of the bed as it is light and manueverable. Only negative aspect and this is merely a personal preference is the straps for attaching the vest to your duty belt aren't perticularly comfortable to me as they tend to get inside the waist band of my pants. This is due to the fact that I don't attach the vest to my belt using these straps, just a personal preference easily remedy by using the vest in its intended manner. Again another excellent product from Condor at an unbeatable price. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Quality, affordable vest Review by Garet Meyers (Penticton, BC) 4/18/2009 10:06 AM
I have used this vest for the last year and put it through severe abuse in both hot summer days (90+F) and cold winter days (7F) and it has yet to fail me. The only issue I have had is the rubberized portion has a small tear due to a small disagreement with a bunker. If you are looking for a simple loadout with a lot of versatility, this is the vest for you. I use a G36c and the ak/ar pouches are a nice fit for it's large magazines. I would strongly recommend this to any of my customers! (Posted on 7/5/2019)
