Contractor Review by Dustin (Iraq) 8/8/2010 4:37 AM
Another winner from Condor, I wonder why I even look at other gear brands. Bought this for my 1911 full size and it fits great. The adaptable sizing is excellent so should I choose to use a light or suppressor the holster will accomodate. It is durable and comfortable, all buckles seem to be of high quality and lock tightly together. The rubber on the thigh straps is excellent at keeping the holster from sloshing about. One issue though is the top most strap for across the thigh is a bit short, this maybe a problem for bigger thighed individuals. I was able to get it to fit with a good bit of slack. My body type is proportional and I weigh in at 175. I like to use a the extended 10 round magazines for my 1911 and the pouch was able to adjust to hold them. The spare magazine pouch will accomodate one 1911 holster regardless of capacity, up to 10 rounds. Retention is nice as well, not only a thumb break but a velcro security strap as well. All in all I like this holster better than my other holster by a big name company that was easily twice the price of the Condor. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Great Range Rig Review by Michael (Twin Cities, MN) 7/16/2009 7:31 AM
This thigh rig is a nice option to have in my inventory, especially given the money I’ve shelled out for custom kydex holsters to accommodated multiple pistol frames with lights. I can easily switch this from a full sized 1911 frame with light down to my service P226 without one. Moreover, its strong enough to fit a USP with pistol light/laser and suppressor. I’ve had no problems with it biting off the finish of my handguns and no problems so far with any front strap checkering biting back. Given the price, it’s worth throwing one in your gear bag, even if its just for the range. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Amazing construction, great fit Review by Jonathan Michelin ( Labrador) 5/4/2018 10:16 AM
I have a right and left tornado holster, just wish I had more detailed instructions on how to fit a full size 1911 in them, having trouble getting both to really fit right haha, lots of fiddling I guess, also the leg straps, tie, cut what haha (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Left handed model Review by Mark (Phoenix) 4/18/2016 11:56 PM
What about the other 10% of us that are left handed? We're feeling left out. Would have given 5 stars if left hand version was available. (Posted on 7/5/2019)

Customer service Review by Timothy C. (Colorado) 1/13/2016 11:51 AM
I want to say thank you , thank you , THANK YOU for sending me a replacement belt loop for my holster that was destroyed. I made a phone call explaining I bought this holster in another state ( a couple of years ago)and wanted to know where I could purchase the replacement part. They promptly sent me a replacement part . No charge. And it was the exact part I needed. I don't recall any warranty on this holster. But They sent me the part! I am very happy with this outfit! Again Thank you so much ! No words can describe how much this holster meant to me. Best one I ever owned for a large frame firearm that I have. These folks are awesome! ~ Tim (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Amazing Review by Zachary (Canada) 8/25/2015 7:28 PM
Amazing bit if kit. Fits snd moldz to my MP7 very nicely. Holds the magazine very well. Leg fit is adjustable. Fits my thigh well. If you're crafty you could mount it on a molle system for a vertical or horizontal set up. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
