bungee retention Review by Sheldon Roy (Salem, Oregon) 3/12/2013 8:59 AM: This pouch is "OK". Not many good choices out there for AK mags. I would have much prefered that this pouch has an open top with bungee retention design. Large pistol mags can cause interference with closing/opening the flaps on the rifle mag pockets. The flaps don't offer much protection for the mags and get in the way. Could be better, like the double open top AR15 mag pouch. The pistol mag pouches aren't really needed. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
