Great Bag Review by Diesel/Engineering (All over the U.S.A.) 8/20/2016 6:42 AM
8 years ago a bought the bag at a military surplus store, I have carried it every day as use for my "Mobile Office". Carrying a Toughbook, Power Supply, Paper, Pens, Tools, Flashlights, Misc. Cords, ETC., ETC.... on airplanes, trains, trucks, cars and military equipment. In that time I have had 1 stitch pull out, my fault for trying to fit an oversized flashlight in the pen holder. GREAT BAG PERIOD. D.K.D. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Fantastic bag Review by Cody (Georgia ) 8/10/2016 3:22 AM
Best backpack I've ever owned, it survived 2 deployments to the middle east. Great for everyday use. Sadly it didn't survive my German Shepherd. I'll be buying another soon. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Great pack, but a few minor issues Review by Xavier (Canada) 6/21/2016 7:22 PM
This pack is amazing and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a military backpack. However there is one tiny problem. The sewing thread seems to unravel, not fully, but it does come out. And the zipper cords are not para cord so it feels kind of cheap. The pack is still durable as hell, and I take it everywhere I go. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
close to perfection Review by Oli (Switzerland) 4/15/2016 3:02 PM
I am not exactly happy with the harness, especially the way the padded straps are attached on the top. I would have preferred a fixed attachment and longer, wider padding. The way things are now the pack gets uncomfy after a few hours of heavy load. Other than that I think this backpack is great. I added loads of pouches to the MOLLE webbing and belts, even a camping chair and a rolled up blanket on the side and bottom. It is a very versatile and functional backpack, I can highly recommend it for light, everyday use. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Great 2-3 day hiking back pack Review by Sebastian Mejia (Canada) 2/8/2016 7:00 PM
I have been using my atacs-fg compact assault pack for almost 3 years now. I am an avid hiker and usually like to take my back pack in 2 day treks across the Canadian Rockies. This back pack is made of very good quality materials and has little to no wear and tear in all these years. The one and only downside to it really is the belt system as it can get uncomfortable in the longer hikes. The thin material around the waist can really rub against your upper thigh and cause pain. This back pack is perfect for women and also teenagers. I myself weight only 135 pounds 5'7 in height and it is perfect for my size. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
every day travel Review by Jay (Missouri) 8/20/2015 2:35 PM
This is my travel carry-on bag. Carries everything that I could need while traveling that is not in a suit case. I have attached a water bottle pouch, eyeglasses pouch, and at times numerous other pouches as the need arises. Very comfortable to wear even when heavy. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Great solid bag. Possibly best bag for the money anywhere Review by Josh (MCAS Miramar) 4/9/2015 10:23 PM
One of these in OD Green is my EDC bag. It goes everywhere with me. I made some modifications to mine such as cutting off the "Y"- suspension strap and adding a few tackings here and there such as in the top shoulder strap adjusters to keep the straps from coming out of adjustment But this bag has served me well from hiking, to riding the motorcycle, to traveling across the country or overseas. It's not huge but carries everything I've ever needed thoughout a day. Being my EDC bag it carries everything I may need during the day plus enough to get me home on foot from work if need be. Water filtration, first aid, ham radio equipment such as a 5 watt handheld and roll up j-pole spare battery, note taking equipment, land nav stuff (map, compass) a small night vision monocular, beanie, shemagh, gloves, flashlight, firemaking material, ect, ect. The list goes on but this bag is bigger than it looks. Plan to keep it for a long time and might buy one or two to throw in the closet as spares in case I ever wear mine out. Liked it so much even bought one for the wife and built her EDC with one. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
extreme duty pack Review by Charles (Florida) 1/12/2015 8:01 PM
This pack is indestructible. This is by far the most solid pack I've ever bought under 200 bucks. The build quality and longevity of this pack is outstanding. It's an epic off-road and camping pack.I've seen no weakness in the stiching. For anyone looking to by this pack for hunting,Fishing or just normal use it's a real bargain. It just seems to withstand the test of time. In my area it's very wet and pretty much all year long. I go through swamps and bogs and used to,with my old pack ,would get soaked and very uncomfortable. All my gear would be wet and unusable. With the condor, all my gear stays dry and I must give the designer credit for how comfortable this pack is to wear on a 20 mile trek. And knowing that it is water blatter compatible is just another plus. This is my first condors pack but I'm sure that all there products are great. (Posted on 7/5/2019)

This bag is indestructible! Review by Eduardo (Chile) 4/28/2014 1:46 PM
This bag is indestructible! I have this bag for several years ago and has resisted any kind of abuse: Mountain biking, hiking, airsoft, huntig, vacations, heavyweights, even shopping at the market! It's my first choice to go anywhere: To the point that things like sunglasses, rescue knife, alcohol hand gel, pendrive and phone charger, remain there, ready to go at any time. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Buy one for yourself! Review by Daniel Guerrero (Mansfield, Georgia) 3/12/2014 3:44 PM

Combat Tested Review by Mac (NH) 2/8/2014 3:10 PM
Carried this pack for 13 mos in Afghanistan. Held up very well and lived out of it for a week. Kicked out of helos and thrown onto MRAPS. Held up great. Well recommended and worth the $$$. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Great pack but straps are too small Review by Chris (Boston MA) 1/23/2014 7:58 AM
I ordered this pack for use as a bug out bag. The size of the bag is great. Not too big and not too small. The compression straps are very smooth and tighten right up with just one hand. My only 2 issues with the bag were with the shoulder strap width being too thin and the fact that I can't fit a water bladder in here. There are no drinking tube holes even if the bladder was the right size. The condor bladder is too long for this pack. with no water in it it curls around the bottom of the large compartment. As far as construction goes I am quite pleased. It's well made and well stitched. I will be replacing this with the medium assault pack for the larger shoulder straps but my wife and son will take ownership of this one and I have no doubt it will serve them extremely well. Great backpack for the go. Review by Tom (Hazleton,PA) 12/20/2013 2:59 PM
I carry this bag to and fro everyday as a singular BOB bag, in addition to larger one I keep in my vehicle all the time. I do have mine optioned out with pistol mag pouches, a water bottle holder, the gadget pouch, and recently, the "deployment bag." In my current set up, I keep two spare boxes of 40.S&W, a small gun cleaning kit, a heavy duty poncho, military mess kit, a BUCK special and BUCK skinner knife. various small notepads and pens. My back up .44 spcl snub nose, and various small odds and ends. If you like my reviews, please use this as a guide to look for my other reviews on what I carry in the various pockets. Great little bag! Review by Polskapat (Montreal, QC) 5/4/2013 7:30 PM
This backpack is all you need! It's small but not too small. Loosen the straps and you can fit soo much more! Water bladder, laptop and even attach it to your molls vest. Lots of pockets and great zippers! Excellent quality! Very very happy!! (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Versatile Pack Review by Joshua (USA) 6/15/2012 6:36 PM
I was looking for something for a travel pack, day hiking pack, and if the need arises, a 'stay one or two nights' in the bush pack. This pack fit my needs. By itself, a lightweight travel, day hiking pack. With the MOLLE attachments, I can mount gear, canteen and extra pounches for an overnight stay in the bush. The pack appears very well made. The zippers seem to be strong. The compartments have pouches and mesh to organize personal items as check book, maps, pens and other items. I used the pack on an overnight camp trip to see how it performed. On the trail, it is comfortable and forms to my body. The compartments were easy to get to. It is large enough to hold my gear and yet small enough not to hamper my hiking, climbing etc. In all, in my humble opinion, Condor hit a home run with this pack. Thanks Condor. (Posted on 7/5/2019)

Great bag Review by Chris (Chicago) 2/11/2012 8:02 PM
I own two and they are just about the perfect size for my bug out bag. But I've been looking around and haven't found any load out instructions. Ideal gear, what should go where... That'd be my only suggestion. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Civie Review by Marshall W (Northeast) 12/27/2011 8:34 PM

Great bag Review by Chris (Warrenton VA) 10/26/2011 5:35 AM
I just bought 50 of these bags for my ERG team. This is the right size for what we need, a basic E&E type bag. Comfortable. Just don't know about that strap over the top. What's that for? I took mine off. Look at this one. (Posted on 7/5/2019)

Civilian- Operations Technician Review by Data Tech (Bay Area) 8/17/2010 3:19 PM
This is a great pack for tech contracting, the size of the backpack itself is almost perfect. I've got my laptop in the main compartment, iPad in the second compartment with chargers for all my gear, PSP for downtime entertainment in the top front pouch, and the front bottom pouch holds all the rest of my misc stuff like gloves and sunglasses. With the multicam system I got a single kangaroo mag pouch to hold my Leatherman and my combat knife, and a radio pouch to hold my screwdriver set. All-in-all a great investment and I'm existed to see what kind of expansion systems I'll be able to get for it in the future. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Good Backpack Review by Jack (Virginia) 6/26/2010 9:16 AM
As a cadet in Civil Air Patrol we are required to keep a 24-hour pack ready at all times. I got this backpack for a good price at my local surplus store in MARPAT and i must say it has served me well on my training missions. My one complaint is that I cannot figure out how to tighten the straps and make them stay tight on the shoulders. I figured out how to work the upper adjustment but not the lower adjustment and the pack came without any sort of manual or literature. I only knew it was a Condor pack because I found a tag on an inner pocket. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
prepared Review by Dennis (Missouri) 2/25/2010 8:47 PM
This pack is good for a short time bug out bag.It will hold the essentials for 3-7 days. Being narrow it rests comfortably on the back and allows a rifle or shotgun to be slung over the shoulder without interfering with the pack. A large canteen can be added to the back of the pack in addition to the hydration pocket that can hold a bladder of water. The workmanship is good and will stand up to tough use.Mine stays in my truck at all times. You never know when it will be needed. (Posted on 7/5/2019)
Mr. Review by Ethan (Texas) 1/19/2010 3:14 PM
Good quality construction, this bag is just big enough to pack essentials, and just small enough to be easily portable. The bag is a bit narrow, and this enables one to sling a rifle over the shoulder without fighting your pack. Strong stitching, good material and padded shoulder straps and back make it comfortable to wear all day. The compression straps on the sides and top keep everything tight and prevents the "flop" when you walk. I'm very happy with the bag and will wear this sucker out!... then buy a new one. It is very nice pack and I use it almost daily. My only complaint is the lining inside is cracking an peeling off, other than that no complaints. (Posted on 5/30/2019)
